So what is your question??? Don't leave me hanging too long! It might fall to the second page and then someone would have to bump it..

  5. Well, I like peanut butter cookies under cooked a little so they are super soft and red wine. Just sayin' ;)
  6. Is that TommyF from Hong Kong? Welcome :)
  7. You got that right, now start liking some posts, it is very distracting and you will not run out :)

Gemzee you will need to let us know when you are in the UK and then if you can spare the time, you can join a wine party all proper at a decent time and drink wine instead of tea :)
  9. Scott you look like a completely different person. Good job! Has your weight stabilized yet? It is funny how we expect to look older when we lose weight, but it is usually the opposite. I think too, shaving the mustache took some years off too!

  11. Beautiful! Those blue eyes are gorgeous! Lucky you!
  12. You have earned the right to flaunt your picture, be proud! You look fit, toned and healthy. I am thinking of doing a before and after when I get to a year. I am the same weight I was before I quit, but look different. It would be a good way to point out what muscle tone does.

  16. I use to love that show, didn't it go off the air though? A year or two ago? I've been having a problem sitting still since quitting unless I am on my laptop, so I haven't been watching much tv...I have so much to catch up on it is not even remotely funny :o I am talking entire seasons of shows!
  17. You get a cleaning lady. I insert a bad dream.
  18. I think quite a few of us may have unintentionally pm'd the same person :(

  22. That is a great one. Here is another, I usually put it in a welcome post to new quitters. Same guy, Dr. Mike Evans. When I first quit, I figured a few days smoke free and I was golden. I think if you look at quitting as a journey, not an event it is much easier.
  23. CatInTheHat is just going to like things all day instead of smoking and then when he runs out, he's looking for unused ones on the board. Hey, whatever it takes...As long as you don't smoke!
  24. Uh nobody, LOL. You shouldn't have a problem running out of likes, they are free around here :)
