Gday The champix takes over your dopamine. So having a cig on top is like smoking too many. The dopamine is all used up. Simple problem …. Simple solution …. Stop smoking. Let the champix do its thing and make the smokes taste lit poop. Your turn to fight the mental thing and give the smokes away. Plenty say they don’t like the side effects of champix. I’ve given up smoking before and it’s not the champix that disturbs you it’s just the lack of nicotine. Your body’s not used to that. Tingly fingers and toes. Get used to it it’s caused buy blood flow. The warm fingers and toes is a side effect of no nicotine. Feel a bit light headed. Great. Your body will adjust to more oxygen now the the cigs don’t rob you of it. Get a rush out of a bit of sugar or coffee? Yep that happens when your body’s not awash with nicotine. Don’t know what what to do with yourself not smoking. You’ve giving yourself back a big block of your day not spent smoking. Don’t bother remembering smoking. Get of and keep yourself busy. It’s a gift use it. Embrace the new you.
