  4. Sorry to hear you're struggling so bad @Pilgrim in getting back on your quit. Please keep trying because if you let yourself be consumed buy this addiction then it's anybody;s guess when you'll be looking to quit again. Don't let this be a revolving door Pilgrim! You deserve much better than that 🙏
  5. Oh wow! 8 Months is fantastic!!! Congrats @SD2026 🥳🎉 I hope you celebrate the occasion or at least buy yourself something nice as a treat.
  6. I do want to thank all of you for the support you've all offered through this treatment issue. It really helps to have family and friends that you know are thinking about you at times like this. I appreciate all of you very much❣️This community has offered support not only for people wanting to quit smoking but for other things as well and that's what makes this place so special 🙂

  8. I'm so glad your treatments are done....and admire you tremendously for not ringing the bell in front of those who are still so terribly ill. Praying that you will continue to be healthy. You are an inspiration in so many ways!❤️
  9. Congrats on 8 fabulous months… Time to celebrate
  10. Great news @Reciprocity Congratulations!
  11. Congratulations on 8 years smoke free @SD2026 Great job 👏 👍
  12. Congratulations on 13 years smoke free, @Doreensfree and thank you for all you do to help others with their quits. Celebrate big!
  13. Thank you all so much! I still can't believe I've made it this far! Even those who know me are surprised lol It's 100% thanks to everyone here and this forum, I know for sure I couldn't have made it this far without the support, the reading material, the videos and the daily NOPE! 😁 I'm at the stage where I hate cigarettes with a passion. Yes I've had a couple of silly thoughts during the early Summer of wanting one but I did what I used to do in the early days, pumped up the music and batted it away and just like that, POOF, the silly thoughts disappeared. 😁 Thanks All and I'm looking forward to reaching 1 year smoke free!
  14. I'm sorry to hear you've relapsed @Pilgrim however you're still here (and taking accountability). The stopping and starting must be quite frustrating. I know in the beginning I've wanted to have just one at times (as if it would just be one) but I was NOT giving up the fighting through it period only to have to go through it all again! If you think using patches or similar would help it's no harm trying. Let this be your final quit, you can do it! There's so much support here on this forum, check in every day, post when you feel you are going to cave in, anything, but smoke!
  15. I'm so pleased you've finished your treatment and I hope you can now take time for yourself to digest everything as it's a lot to take in! Wishing you all the best @Reciprocity 🙏🏻
  16. NOPE! 💫

Is it the one who bummed today ? Try the gum or the patch Vaping and smoking is on a course for disaster My Hubby died of Emphysema, fighting for every breath Trust me , you don’t want to be the same Make a plan and stick to it 🐸
