I would agree that the world didn't change for the better that day but there is an interesting thing to realize when one thinks back on the day in that we saw the worst of humanity and the best of humanity all on the same day. The many people who sacrificed their lives for others trying to save them, people world wide rallying around America that day. I know there was a large response from Canada. Firefighters and police going to New York to help out as well as the people of Gander Newfoundland who took in hunderds of people stranded there from international flights that cound't get back into US air space for several days afterward. There were so many more people doing good during that time than the few who sought destruction and death. To me that proves that there's still more good than evil in mankind.
