    Thx for your feedback all. Made a couple of little changes…took my stage 3 (7mg) patch off before going to bed, and stopped drinking coffee after midday. Seems to be helping a bit….Im sure it will get better in time Onwards and upwards, NOPE! 🙂‍↔️
