Roast ham? Jillar knows it, she mentioned pineapple which is perfect accompaniment. Close your ears jo, jillar put me right in the mood for a ham and pineapple pizza

Does anyone else boil their gammon?

Can i suggest you try the ol fail safe perfection guarenteed slow cooker method? 

I figured it was ham due to the glaze and pineapple, but I never heard the term gammon for it before?

We boil corned beef... or silverside... or pickled mutton does that count?

We also boil corned beef. Is that the same in the UK?

Well sorry to say folks, oor corn beef comes in a tin, do you think thats gross?

It doesn't sound gross to me. We have hams that come in a tin. Don't you?

On me dad's side pickled mutton was like corned beef, but lamb and was best sliced cold... only ever had it at crissy but it was boiled (pickled) with red wine, orange juice, honey bayleaves and cloves.... on me otherside me grandad would make an indian style pickle to spread on bread out of mutton. Which would you prefer?

Its bloomin nice oot the tin, ive never had it or heard of it fresh, why is that??

Except for sandwiches, its common to be fresh and boiled with cabbage here. I'm surprised it's not the same there?
