Congratulations, Indigo!  2 weeks are awesome.  Yes, Evelyn, get back on the quit wagon, maybe journal what triggered your relapse and learn from it.  You can use it as a learning tool, not something negative ok.  And I learned that its best to not call myself names and negative stuff.  We are human and humans make mistakes.  Part of the reason I got caught up in addiction is because of my low self esteem...and calling myself names just lowers the self esteem even more.  Positive thinking is a great quitting tool and the nicodemon hates it!  lol  

Congratulations keep going, thanks for being honest Evelyn get back on track you can do it.

I'm back on the train... still drunk.. threw it away both; going for 'time-out' again.
