Not all quits are the same but in the same token no quit is really unique several of us here was at your stage now thinking "I should be over this now"

 

Knowing others here felt the same made sense of it all, there is no shame in it

Every one here is different...we all heal at different levels...you are just were you need to be for you...

As you may remember..I smoked 52 years...that is some years to put behind me...was my quit easy...

Are you kidding me...I still have moments were I have to guard my quit with my life...but they are getting less....

Thinking of the nico monster is normal...is what you do with those thoughts...

Wise words once said to me...it's ok to wobble...just don't fall over....

When you feel your guard has dropped some...that is the time to be here heaps.....

We are all here for the same reason....to be smoke free...saving someone's life...is never a waste of time...

Losing..not winning...done posting..I should have this by now..wasting precious QT family time..this is not what qt/ MQ needs at this time...

You are making excuses to run away, hide ... and ultimately smoke.

Can you have a hard time at 9 months as many said yeah so it would have been normal to ring the bell. ASKING SUPPORT is what QT IS ABOUT!!!
