All done - got roughly 5 good meals for 2 out of those 3 fish   The catching I like - The filleting; not so much 😫

Only cut one finger during the filleting process though

-8  go tend to your finger....peroxide and antibiotic cream.  don't mess around with cuts like that, @reciprocity

Already done. Peroxide & Polysporin are both must haves in my medicine cabinet because I always have some sort of medical emergency  .

The issue is that you need a razor sharp knife to fillet with. One "slip" & you're done (big time) 😮
