So after visiting Australia recently we are looking at going out there to live, my husband is fine but I have searched the net do any of u know if a NVQ level 3 diploma in health and social care is recognised in oz. I don't have the answer, Laura, but I know that a pretty surefire way for me to light up during a quit in the past has been to drive myself crazy googling for something very important that has to do with my future. I lose all perspective, and most of all the ability to really do a good job (a.k.a. relaxed, methodological, business-like) at finding the right answer. 

 

Perhaps you could contact your country's embassy in Australia and ask for contact information for their national health services (or whatever agency writes the guidelines for health care services personnel)? This way, you'll be sure to get up-to-date information instead of old documents that float around on the web.

I work with leaning disability ranging from down syndrome to epilepsy some complex some not so bad.

i work in a day centre.
