December 5, 201411 yr Author Red wine...no fair :( Dark Chocolate has the anti-oxidant, Resveratrol, contained in Red Wine too. There is controversy about Resveratrol but, I will use the placebo effect in red wine or chocolate, either or both. Happiness is Healthy, innit ?
December 5, 201411 yr hmmm just finished Sea Bass stuffed with olives, served with broccoli and accompanied by red wine. Clementines for desert, a handful of walnuts and some dark chocolate to finish. Im going to live FOREVER!

I'd forgotten about broccoli...try it roasted with olive oil like cauliflower, it might change your mind.
