Thanks, Dave, for the great read.

Yea today is for today, future tripping will be saved for a little later...

Losing a quit a person has invested such effort in is definitely tough. QSMB June 2016 was almost 8 months, and this last Train ride was 1year and 5 months.

There are always excuses a person makes for the reason they relapsed, that reason is really just the addiction finding its way into a person's weakest times.

I can't go back and as long as I am quit today, I am ok.

Thanks QG.

I haven't gotten too far away from this laptop.

Time for stupid pills and sleep.

I will be here tomorrow.

Goodnight.

My hot water tank gave up this morning. Spraying all over the basement. I just ordered a new one and will pick it up and install it. Gonna be tough with the left arm still in recovery from rotator cuff surgery.

I am being tested pretty constant today.

But I will KTQ.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
