In a bad place

Featured Replies

The reason I was craving a smoke this afternoon is I'm reliving my trauma's and having flashbacks. I'm in a bad place. Called the crisis service - dunno how to cope and maybe they can help me with advice, medication... maybe I need hospitalization: I have no clue.

Please send some good vibes or prayers up... Dunno how to pull through the night without harming myself, honestly. It's good I called the crisis service to prevent worse. That I was able to, but I'm not coping very well. Where did the superwoman go, Bakon. Maybe she's on holiday.

Haven't smoked but can't even 'see where I am' that overwhelmed I am with bad stuff, I know I'm typing but can't feel it.

Sorry to drop this but I just needed to vent. Haven't harmed myself and I intend to keep it that way but I need to consult the crisis team on from where I should go.

Actually it helps, to write here. But I feel guilty for telling the truth.

If you are thinking of harming yourself, please go to the emergency room.

Evelyn, this is a quit smoking support forum.  We are not equipped for this.  I would hope you go find someone that is specialized in this area to help you.

Waiting for the phonecall

I'm sorry Evelyn, I know you weren't asking us to solve it.  I didn't mean to give that impression.  I was concerned about you being alone.  We can't do anything to help.  We are internet people.  lol

I am glad that you called someone.  Hopefully they will call you back soon.

But again, if you are really thinking about hurting yourself, don't hesitate to go to the ER.

You are in my prayers Evelyn

I pray you find the help you need

I pray you are not alone

I pray you can close the door to the past and open the one to your future

I pray you quit smoking

I pray God sent you here for a reason and all my prayers are answered for you

Hope not to offend anyone with the religious tone but Evelyn is religious

Stayed home last night but again overwhelmed with flashbacks and bloody relivings: my psychiatric nurse will call me, hopefully today and my therapist will call later this day. I smoked last night. But that's one my least concerns now.
Did not self harm but this level of flashbacks and memories poping up is not managable for a long time at home, so I keep in mind I might need admitting to a mental health clinic to help stay safe.

Fighting to stay safe atm and stay grounded.

evelyn im praying for you    hope your better  now and getting the help you need
