I feel a really happy Bing Bunny this morning! I'm one week Quit smoking cold turkey from cigarette smoking! That's 168 days quit smoking cold turkey! My Trebor Extra Strong Mints really help with this quit as well as drinking tap water and walking to my pharmacy to collect my blister pack of medication.

Congratulations on your First Week of Freedom !

It will get easier and easier the more triggers and craves you conquer.

So happy for you to have started this journey.

Thank you for sharing your quit with us.

Sucking and eventually crunching up Trebor Extra Strong Mints are the reason why my Cold Turkey Quit has been so successful. Plus discovering Quit Train. I'm so pleased the craves get better in weeks to come.

Wowzers! A whole week done. I,m so happy for you, keep sucking on those mints and posting on here.
have a great and positive week 2.

I used those hard, tiny but powerful liquorice pellets during my first quit to give that hit at the back of throat.
