January 20, 20206 yr I pledge not to smoke today Monday 20th January 2020 Anno Domini. I'm now 48 hours quit cold turkey. I'm really battling the craves by drinking water and instant coffee.

January 20, 20206 yr Author I've just had some tinned halved peaches in syrup and sent my blood sugar in my insulin resistant type two diabetes mellitus up to 24.7 mmol. Earlier on I had a melted cheese toasted sandwich. I'm still on the cold turkey Quit
January 20, 20206 yr Hold your ground, learn about the addiction. You quit smoking !!! You will never have to go through this again so take heart. Everything will get better and soon.

January 20, 20206 yr Author I've now taken my anti-diabetic Trulicity weekly injection. Tonight, at about seven ish I'll be sixty hours quit cold turkey. Tomorrow morning at sevenish I'll be seventy two hours quit cold turkey.
