I pledge not to smoke today Monday 20th January 2020 Anno Domini. I'm now 48 hours quit cold turkey. I'm really battling the craves by drinking water and instant coffee.

I've just had some tinned halved peaches in syrup and sent my blood sugar in my insulin resistant type two diabetes mellitus up to 24.7 mmol. Earlier on I had a melted cheese toasted sandwich. I'm still on the cold turkey Quit

I've now taken my anti-diabetic Trulicity weekly injection. Tonight, at about seven ish I'll be sixty hours quit cold turkey. Tomorrow morning at sevenish I'll be seventy two hours quit cold turkey.

Keep up the great work, John.  Things will continue to get better the longer you go without cigarettes.
