day 23. Feel like crap again. Was okay for a day and a half. Now foggy again and achy muscles. Sigh  oh well still gonna say it lol no ciggies today. Those damn coffin nails lol

Richard you are doing great.   You really are through the worst days.  Just remember that your addiction will use any tool to make you feel like you can not live without those cigarettes.

You are staying focused on the goal.  I promise better days are coming.  

You smoked for years, quitting is a process.  Your body will heal itself but is does take time.
