  3. Oh Yay! Congrats Sandy! A milestone as important as week two. As one coming in behind you, you made it look so manageable. Thank you for sticking around.
  4. Congrats! At three weeks, you're much better able to shake it off and find a groove. Keep it up and Keep The Quit!
  5. There's Batman!
  6. I get to see him next weekend in a very very small venue here in Anchorage. Such a rare treat in this neck of the woods.
  7. Congrats and thank you for coming back to share life beyond the addiction success. CRVs continually rank #1 in the Midsize group.
  8. We're fun! And we smell good, mostly.
  9. You deserve to be proud Lady! Amazing job. Congrats. Now start chanting..Lido! Lido! Lido!
  10. :( yea, so sorry. Back pain is so hard. I'll drink some tequila if it'll make you feel better.
  11. Like Nancy, they aren't craves but thoughts of and are acknowledged but dismissed with an "oh that". Sitting in front of a campfire, some lazy Saturday mornings while having a particularly good cup of coffee, I haven't been back to Hawaii yet but I'm guessing the beach will bring up thoughts on my addiction. When the cravings were real, I'd remind myself of the things I wanted in and for my life and how there was no room for cigs. Just told myself No.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
