Mainly because I realised that smoking controlled me...I did not like this at all. I no longer wanted to leave a meal because I 'had to have' my fix of nicotine, I didn't want to smell, I didn't want to keep leaving my fiance alone when we were out together so I could get my fix, I definately didn't want to be a smoking bride and soooo many more reasons!

I like them all day but I especially like them from 4pm ;) (I'm so lucky to finish work at 4pm! in the UK I used to work until at least 5.30pm if not 6pm! :O)

Super happy today! Friday is here, the scales are being nice to me and in under two weeks I get to go home and see my family & friends! HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!

That's exactly how I feel about my mum, she's been using an ecig for months and I'm just glad she isn't smoking cigarettes! :)
