Hang in there! The smaller numbers are much more difficult to achieve! You are a hero!! So thankful for my 8 years smoke free...and I throw 88,000 plus in honor of all of our loved ones lost!

Thank you to all! In some ways, it is hard to believe it has been 8 years! For those of you just starting, I smoked a pack and a half a day for 40 years. I treasure my quit and treasure all the friends I have made along the way, both here and at QSMB. Doreen, you are my dear friend and hero! And there are too many others to name...

It has been a long time, now, but as far as quit smoking anniversaries, the 3 month is still the most special to me. That is when I truly knew I could keep my quit!!
