yesterday while at the doctors office with my wife a lady came in and asked for help. her car had over heated and would not start so me and one of the workers at the docs pushed it in to a parking spot for her . I told her if I hadn't quit smoking a little over 1 year ago I woudnt have been able to push it . she asked how I quit because she wanted to quit so I told her I quit cold turkey and that I joined quit train a online quit smoking support group praying so joins us here ps it felt great not huffing and puffing or pucking after pushing the jeep cheerokee yes freedom
