uggggghh...I had them once and my son was infested! I felt horrible for him. I can't add to what any of the above said....tried them all...they help..to a degree

awwww...thanks R!!! Life is great as a non smoker......so much better than I was as a smoker who loathed herself every day being chained to that addiction. If I can do it, anyone can!
