Did you experience No Man's Land ? Yes How far along in your Quit were you ? Right around 6 Months How did it feel ? It sucked ass... it was nicotenes last ditch effort...and it was a good effort. How long did it last ? I would say a couple of weeks What tools helped you through ? I had a hard(ish) quit and there was no way in hell that I was going to quit quitting at this point...kept fighting What did you learn ? Always stay on my toes and never look back.
