  2. Congratulations @Hope2Nope Awesome job. I'm really happy for you..
  3. 3 weeks is a huge milestone, actually. Making it through the first days and weeks are really challenging and are great accomplishments. Keep the great work and congratulations.
  4. I hope you find your way to a final, permanent quit this time @FinalAttempt It's there waiting for you to find the right path this time and have learned from previous failures so that you won't be fooled again by the same sneaky whisperings from your nicotine addiction. Stay strong and make quitting your number 1 focus until you have a lock on your new quit! As others have said, the eventual benefits you will realize from quitting are far more numerous than what you can imagine now. Well worth the effort you're making!!
  5. Today

  11. This one sums up yesterday. Less breaking stuff today tho
  12. Nope! Not today on my 3 wk quitaverssary
  13. He he
  14. I am not going to smoke today. NOPE.
  15. Ya, that "Cha Cha" dance can be a killer. Maybe work on changing why you thought smoking had something to offer you to entice you to go back to it and put up warning "gates" for yourself in the future. Not preaching as I went back to smoking after a year and a half quit myself so I had to really break it down to protect and change myself too. Just a thought. Congrats on 22 days and counting UP!
  16. Don't know why you chose to speed up your chosen quit process but as always it's your personal decision, your quit. Whatever works. And yes, as you know, your body is yelling for nicotine as it goes through withdrawal. Physical symptoms but don't forget the mental part (don't listen to the negative things you may be telling yourself; kick them out of your mind). Keep your focus ahead. Your chosen tools seem to be working. You know you can do this. One hour or day at a time for now. Keep it up!
  17. Yes I think my mind is in it this time. I still have craving and get cranky but I dont feel like I want to start again
