  4. Posting this as a visual reminder to myself when I have “just one” thoughts….. 9th of February 2016, on the train traveling back from Berlin. Heart attack - painful as f….It was clear what was going on, in between the pain, sweating and panic I googled my very obvious symptoms. In full on stubborn mode I didnt ask for help, rode the remaining journey out for 3 hours, walked 1km to my car, drove 20km home and then walked in to my house to tell my wife “im having a heart attack!” Rushed to hospital in an ambulance and within an hour I was fitted with a stent…dodged the bullet. Left is before, right is after….blocked arteries ALL BECAUSE OF SMOKING! Was able to go home after 3 days…and what did I do? Lit one up of course 🤯 I managed to quit several months later (with help from first QSMB and then later QT) for a few years and was feeling great. And then out of nothing, succumbed to the “just one” and was soon back at 20-30 per day again! Smoking sucks, and brings nothing other than misery. Not one puff ever! Thx for reading and stay strong with your forever quit! A
