How's to one steak, mash potatoes and gravy with fresh green beans sound?

What's that?

The gravy is made from the drippings of pan-fried country ham mixed with black coffee. Red-eye gravy is often served over ham, grits or biscuits.

Well, we are now in the last stage before a total shut down. So, we can only do outside dining with a max of 4 people per table, take out or delivery. So, to get as many hours as I can I am working opening shifts in the kitchen so I get out earlier now. 

 It's a bit different wouldn't you say?
