I have not eaten yet today so this conversation has me pretty hungry. I'd be very willing to give the corned beef from a tin a dance around the floor. How is it generally prepared there?

In a sandwich or corned beef hash, which is fried with potato, onion and sometimes a fried egg on top? 

Aren't you afraid canned corn beef will taint your tastebuds for the real stuff?

Yummy. We have both here. Our corned beef hash is usually from a can and is usually served with eggs. The corned beef for sandwiches is usually packaged like other lunch meats?

Jillar, does air conditioning not work better than Corrs light or do you buy into Jean-Claude Van Damne's adverts?

We don't have air conditioning on the central coast. We would need more excessively hot days than just a few here and there to warrant it don't you think?

We usually have about 1 hot day every two years, but guess what is running upstairs right now?
