April 17, 201412 yr Hi Sarah, Congratulations on day 1! I am day 9 first week I was very emotional but also determined. I am so happy you are here. One day at a time welcome to your day 2 :)
April 17, 201412 yr Shoes are good. Something smaller every day first two weeks. Magazine you would normally pass. Hairbrush. Pizza. Anything not a necessity but you kind of want. Glad no dangler. Quiting is work and you got to pay yourself in beginning to see some reward. Soon you will feel better and won't need treat but still remember to give yourself something. Bigger items then Like to live in whorefield. Sounds like so e nice skirts there

April 17, 201412 yr Sarah, remember that education on quitting and on the nature of the addiction to smoking/tobacco is one of the most important things in a successful quit. Create and use support...................this forum is available 24/7, just like cigarettes are......................chose the forum.........it leads to Freedom!! You can do this.............. ^^^ This right here! I love it when all I have to do is point and say "listen to this". Good advice, soul!
April 17, 201412 yr Unlike baseball bit of a cry this morning. have another cry later. Unlike baseball, there IS crying in quitting. Easy Peasy
