Trouble logging in

Featured Replies

When I go to sign in it says ...connection not protected...and won't allow me to sign in..

I have to click.on again to unprotected site....

I'm on a lenova tablet....

Up till yesterday I had no trouble.....

I thank you for any info....xx

:(  I have no idea what could cause that.  Hopefully one of the "techy" people here can help.

If I log out I can't log in iether but thats because i dunno my password anymore :P

The reason for this is because we no longer use SSL for logging in.  It's not needed for logging in and is used for purchases, logging into your online banking etc.  We didn't use SSL at the beginning but I added it for something else and no longer need it for that.

Just add QT to your trusted sites and all will be fine.  :)

Thanks, can you tell us how to do that?

I haven't visited lately, but, tried this past week. I use Chrome, but, it came up the site wasn't secure. I also tried with Firefox & Explorer, same thing. It looks like that's been corrected. I figured the certificate just needed to be renewed. I wasn't taking any chances, in case, the site had been hacked or something.

Well, I'm having trouble with my posts STAYING LOL!!!?
