October 6, 201511 yr It's a baking day for me today cakes galore, pineapple upside down cake, chocolate fudge brownies and chocolate chip muffins It doesn't bode well as yesterday I baked a coffee and walnut cake and burnt the bugger, it went in the bin lol I pity my poor friend who is coming for tea and cake :) I'm going to post my successes and disasters here, shame myself into being a better baker ;) Feel free to post your lovely cakes and bakes

October 8, 201511 yr Your picture makes my mouth water. After 2 months of NON STOP baking I have finally calmed a bit. It was gettin' real crazy there for awhile - literally had swamped all markets. Hard to unload/unleash my product. :)
