September 24, 201411 yr -9 They have some very good butcher shops doing charcuterie as well. We had a nice picnic with bread, cheese and cured meats.
September 24, 201411 yr -8 sigh...I dream of a butcher shop here and charcuterie oh my ! I love making chicken liver pate (plenty of cognac yum) The Farmers Market is coming back to the French Quarter in Oct. thank gawd. My comestibles are about to change radically for the better. :)
