Hey John

Never heard of the freedom system.

Allen Carr and The EasyWay really helped me. Having support from these lunatics here helped me too.

The reality is that you manage to sleep all night without a cigarette, so while we all acknowledge the addiction, it is not actually as ferocious as we might think. Every quitter is different, every quit is different. the fist step however is always the same. Stop.

Read and post a lot and commit to not smoking. Before you know it, it is a done deal. You can do this.

Hi John...good to see you back.....I have never heard of this method either.....

Which ever way you chose ,you will need the tools to work with....

Educating your self....reading all you can read about this horrible addiction, this is the way to fight this enemy...

There is tons of great stuff here.... Watch all Joel's videos.....

Have you read Allen carrs easy way.....you can do it....

But first you have to want to do it one hundred per cent...l

It's doable....

Hi John, welcome, I've not heard of that, can't help me you there,

Come on and set a date, it's not as hard as you think it will be x

Hi, John.  If this  is what you are referring to, I would be extremely skeptical.  I think there are breathing techniques, and free hypnosis calming videos that I would think would work as well, and keep your money in your pocket.  I do not know of anyone who has tried this method, however, so this is just my guess.

Hi John - sorry I'm so late seeing this, but WELCOME  to the Quit Train family  :D

:welcome:

Hi John, Did you have any luck finding something that made you feel supported (other then us lol)?  x
