October 5, 2025Oct 5 I just wanted to say hello, and say that I quit today! I smoked for ten years, 20-25 cigarettes per day. I was successful at quitting for about 6 months in 2019 but relapsed. My biggest motivation is that I have forgotten what it feels like to be healthy, and I long for that feeling. I had my last cigarette 2 hours ago. Wish me luck!
