Featured Replies

Looking for any advice you can give....finally looks like our bathroom for tony is on the way Yaaa.

It will be like a wet room...the flooring will be rubber motley non slip tiles....

I can pick my own colour....

Do I go light or bit darker....I thinking about keeping them clean looking....

Would water stains be more likely with light or dark....

Oh the decisions......help me guys.....

water stains show up more on dark surfaces.

oh, lucky you....construction workers

hang in there and get out your whip switch.

I do have a steam mop....

Aww f******g work men .....but one good thing the water will bo off.....nooooo tea all day.....

my mum had a wet room fitted 6 months ago she had a light flooring, the materials they use nowadays are better and more stain resistant, plus you could use a mild bleach

she has no complaints with it as believe me I would get to know lol

so glad you are getting it doreen it makes life soooo much easier

hope a neighbour will oblige you with tea xxx

Thanks Tracey....so a light floor is the favourite so far...

Chrysalis,a wet room is where there is no shower cubicle ..you just walk into it....it can get all wet....

This will be a enormous help...

My bathroom floor is white, and it still shows water marks, but only when the sunlight catches it... Probably a middle colour like a cream or something would be better for that... But go with your gut - you will make the right choice, I'm sure ;)

Oh and I saw 'hands and knees'... Have been in this meeting for too long!

Oh, I see. Sounds like a great idea for someone with limited mobility.

defo lighter, agree withabove not being white either, makes it too clinical looking too. Pleased you're getting it, sure it will make life so much easier. Showering can take us a good hour just catching breath and the in andout malarky, even with seats and steps etc. So I'm chuffed to bits for you. x

I wouldn't go too dark, I need a new bathroom soo bad, soo jealous but delighted for you and Tony, you totally deserve it, I'll have to fly over to you just to have a go of your fancy new wet room ;)
