Hi everyone! I am so happy you have quit and you are here! :) how are you? Eating any good candy to cope?

Yummo, candy :)

Personally, I was eating twizlers and chewing menthol gum when I quit ;)

I havent indulged in anything sweet and havent craved it either. I am currently on a protein shake diet and have been doin this alongside my quit. I defo didnt want to substitute fags for food!

Yep all the newbies are doing great - personally I have one ( snack) word for you - Licorice - trust me - it is a food group all on its own when you are quitting !

I ate a few (well, quite a few) Werther's hard candies.

Welcome to all the new quitters!!!!!!

What I ate instead of smoking: Sugar free lemon drops, jolly ranchers, carmel candies, coffee candies, cinnamon disks, gum. Orange tea, orange crystal lite, diet crush soda. Pudding. Popcorn. Pistachio nuts.

I kept a big bowl of sugar free candy on my coffee table where I used to place my ash tray.

Scented candles.

Hi!

Weird, but I´m not really craving candy...

I´m sleeping a lot and drinking a lot of juice and water  :)
