August 28, 201411 yr Welcome Wendy and congrats on one of the best decisions of your life. You like is about to get sooooo much better. Don't care what kind of aid you are using ...as long as you quit smoking. It will be hard to quit with the hubs smoking... but you have to get your bad*ss on and make the decision that you are never going to smoke again... which you obviously have. Make a plan for when times get rough... what are you going to do instead of smoking. For example...take a walk... do some deep breathing excersises...etc etc etc... cause it will happen..and with smokies so close... you will need a plan. Also make a plan...set a date for gettting rid of that ecig. Freedom in the bomb blondy... the other side of this hard bullsh*t quit thing is AWESOME!!! Holler if you need anything and... KEEP ON KEEPIN ON!!!

Go Hawks ;) Action thank you for not calling me Mike he he, I remember that and it was funny!!! Sharon yes I took a puff off of hubbys cigarette a while back and it was the most awful taste. I truly wonder sometimes how I could force myself to smoke and like the taste. Wow I mean like Really?!? now even just the smell turns my stomach. Well thank you soooo much everybody for making me feel welcome. I truly mean that. Last night I had a few cravings. I breathed through them although the last one I had I had a very interesting distraction to get through it. There were about 10 city police parked out in front of my house at around midnight they were looking for somebody :wacko: They caught whoever they were looking for hiding in the back yard of the house across the street... was very distracting and I never even thought about the smoke while I was watching :D Soon as my neighborhood was safe and sound again I crawled in bed a winner!!!! At least my bed was going to be more comfortable than a jailhouse bed mwahhahaha :P So far today I feel pretty good and very happy to be here!!!! Have a lovely day all!! Wendy Seahawks play tonight !!!!! Go Hawks!!!!! Cant wait for regular season... only 1 more week woo hoo!!!!
August 28, 201411 yr What a carry on Wendy! ...most excitement we get down our lane is the farmer going pasts on his tractor ;) So what do you think you were craving? Was it a cig Was it a puff on the ecig? You say you use a 2mg strength, so was it the actual very low dose nicotine or just the association of the lung fill feeling, that you associate with a reward/pleasure? If I don't reply again tonight it's only because time is ticking on in the UK, my pillow is calling my name.
