Yep I do read the board every day for reminder that it can be done. I actually feel better but sleeping is difficult. I have worked out in the gym 3 to 4 days a week for most of my life and that helps. I'm using the stairs at work instead of the elevator . Okay not always. Stairwells are so darn hot. I do love a couple cold beers but that is a trigger as we'll as coffee in the morning.

Hi Mason well done for getting stuck back in just don't go chucking yourself off the train again, hope you are doing well.
