So I am going to jump here and share some suggestions, things that work for me. I am fortunate enough to be able to go to in-person AA meetings. However, the meeting is on Zoom as well and we have had ladies (it is a closed meeting for women) from across the country. Just a thought to connect with others who are struggling with life stuff. I don't make any distinction what the substance is-we are all addicts. If anyone here is interested in connecting more deeply, I will get the particulars tonight when I see the ladies. Keep strong QTrainers.

Oh and I also see Nicotine Anonymous has on-line meetings. I am going to jump in later this week but I am mentioning it because I think it makes a difference to participate other than just writing.

And NUMBER ONE-exercise. Get some good music going and dance/go to the gym/get out for a walk. These are things I have been doing over the pandemic and grooving instantly changes the mood.

Sending love and blessings to you all.....
