Here's the full plate. Red Quinoa , Red Pepper Balsamic Chicken, Baby Greens & Veggie Salad w/Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar and parsley dressing and Parmesan Croutons made from leftover bread. :) (The chicken wasn't as burnt as it looks. :)

Chicken with olive oil, red bell peppers, balsamic vinegar, chopped flat leaf parsley and a shake of red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Also made home made croutons out of left over bread - which will be yummy or like flavored bits of the hardest substance known to man. :)

NOPE Have to admit I had a pretty strong urge today at a stoplight (a really looooong stop light at a cold and snowy intersection that I drive through daily - often multiple times). Thought to myself, "Wow. If I start giving in to the idea? Start entertaining the thought, I'm gonna totally start obsessing, then?????" Then I thought about NOPE and the QuitTrain. Then the light turned green and the urge left as quickly as it came. I only just thought of it because I came to NOPE, which I do only very randomly these days. :) I love being a Quitter!!

Sorry I'm a couple days late, but great job!!! One week is awesome!! As someone else mentioned, be careful with the vaping. Vaping equaled a non-successful quit attempt for me. Good news is that cold turkey was easier and TOTALLY SUCCESSFUL! Keep us posted.
