  12. Welcome @FinalAttempt!! The train is the place to be for knowledge, support and encouragement! You are now going through a tough time but you know from previous quits there is light at the end of the tunnel. You also known how previous quits ended: by taking a puff. Read everything about the addiction to nicotine. Take it step by step, every day, hour or minute. As the improvement is going slow, I found it helpful to keep notes of my quit. The first days I was writing a lot, almost every hour. Then less and less as life goes on. But it is good to read it back when you are having a difficult moment and see that it is just that: a difficult moment, not a difficult day! Quitting in a stressful period might be a risk but can also be good to experience stress without smoking and to notice that smoking does not solve anything. Let us know how you are doing.
