  22. Hi Nellie, I understand that you want to avoid oral/manual substitutes. But you might want to consider vegetables. Vegetables are low in calories and have a lot of advantages in contribute to health. Recommendation is 250 gram/day but trials leaning towards 300 grams. That is a lot! It is almost impossible to eat that amount in one meal. A solution is to eat them between meals as a snack. There are pre-packed veggie snacks but you can also cut them yourself.
