Hey Hot Cakes... Whenever YOU feel it's worthy...post it up on here! We will be around to show our support My first day quit, I celebrated each hour....soon I was celebrating each day...those turned to weeks, then months.... The bottom line is... It is VERY important for you to feel that sense of accomplishment... We spend years teaching ourself so how and when to smoke, so it will take some time to relearn how to live without doing that. 1 month quit is a huge milestone... CONGRATS!

I hear you..hot cakes ;) 2 years quit, and I still remember those stops. Only now, I see the poor souls who are STILL chained to that behavior, and just shake my head. If only i could get through to them that quitting is easier than I ever thought....but...like I said.... I was there, and until they WANT to quit, they won't... Glad to see you hav a good handle on this quit....you should really be proud!

Zowie and Johnny... Welcome to the train.. I see you both have a good handle on quitting...well done! Johnny..I have "read" you over on the qsmb... I pop in every now and then , but rarely post..just stop in to see some old names... I am happy you wondered over here.... iirc, you started out as Johnny 5... Am I right?..but obviously there was a little confusion Anyway...welcome to the both of you. I hope you find your way around and offer up some advice to newbies when possible. ;)
