I'm not sure if I can do this from my IPad , but gonna try.... Just imagine this girl is a 50+ male with a deep voice and less hair...lol..I pronounce everything like she does and also answer the questions the same. Also, she is correct, that Northwest Ohio doesn't have much going for it except Cedar Point...lol.. I live near CP, but my nephew and his wife are teachers in Findlay. Oh.....and 1 more thing....... You are not quitting,..... You HAVE quit! By saying you are quitting, you are leaving the door open to smoke .....because after all, you are just attempting to quit, so ... Once you have accepted that you HAVE QUIT, that door is closed......

Welcome back Jackie...I've missed ya... Glad to see you have hopped back on board, and realize the excuses you used to smoke was just that.....an excuse.... Since you have now turned 50, it's time you do something permanent to make yourself feel better.....When I quit 26 months ago, I was 52 and in the 2 years since I have stayed quit, I feel SO much better than I did when I was younger.... Get your mind wrapped around quitting...you are doing this for YOU! No regrets, nothing but good things to com from it. :) Stay here and post at least once every day just to let us know how you are doing and that you are still in the fight. We REALLY do care and want you to keep moving forward!

Yep....2 in my whole driving career... The latest was July 30th... The day after my latest granddaughter was born.. I was headed back to finish I a job near Sandusky (from Columbus) and guess I may have been hurrying just a bit more than I though I was...(70 in a 55).. Oops. TPBM loves snow... :p

I didn't see it on the calendar , but she put it in her status update, and it seems Wendy has climbed the stairs to party with us on the Lido Deck! Congrats, Wendy... One year is such a huge milestone.... When we first quit, all we can think about is 1 day (even 1hour) at a time.... It's hard to believe that a year can pass... I love it when this deck prepares for another guest... Well done!

That sucks Chrispy...I can relate. (My Mother died before her 40th birthday...smoker, and cancer) We all have these heart break stories, and can only hope by sharing them, it will actually hit home with someone and be the deciding factor in their decision to quit. The end result of smoking is ALWAYS bad! Smokers don't die from old age... They die because they smoked! As stated, it affects everyone. I can only hope and pray that my kids don't have to suffer because of my addition to cigarettes. Stay strong, Chrispy. We're thinking of you.
