Marti, got no advice as I am far behind you. But, Counting on you to lead the way, hear the guilt trip being laid for you.... Seriously, do you think it is the time of year? I have had a horrible time the past week and think it might be the holiday season. You know, put the turkey in the oven, go have a smoke. Put the pie in the oven, go have a smoke. Almost dinner time, do I have time to slip out for a smoke. So very many triggers, all new ones. Wishing you lots of strength, K
