  4. So sad...I hope you will get back to quitting soon!
  5. Hi Heather, Welcome back! You have received a lot of good advice. I'd just like to add that it's much easier to hang on to your current quit than to start a new one. I learned that lesson myself after losing an over-2-year quit and it taking me over 1 1/2 years to start the next one. Stick with it! Smoking does absolutely nothing good for you!! Mona
  6. Hi Lilley, I thought you had this quit business all wrapped up. I couldn't remember when you had actually quit so I looked at your old account. You don't have a quit date listed but I looked at your posts and it looks like you quit in March 2019. So if you have been smoking since March, you were quit for a year or almost a year. So sorry to hear that you threw your one-year quit away and must start anew. Mona

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
