  6. Last exam was today (ultrasound to rule out an abdominal aortic aneurysm) and I am cleared to exercise briskly and lift weights again. Huge sigh of relief. Too much drama. Even though I am not much overweight, for some reason I am pre-diabetic. Symptoms include sugar craving not relieved by eating sugar, dizziness, and fatigue. Sleep is improving with hormone replacement (something some of us older gals need it), giving me more resilience against sugar cravings. I didn't learn about it until today, but smoking can worsen insulin resistance. It helped enough in the short term to stop most cravings and reverse the weight gain. If I'd not been so chronically sleep deprived and brain-fogged, I might have had the presence of mind to figure out another solution to the problem than resuming smoking. I don't know what. I am moving forward now with confidence. Thank you all for your kind words of support. Have a great weekend!
  7. Just hit a challenge. Time to move forward.
  8. Thanks. Trying that.
  9. Thanks so much. I searched "ticker" on the QT site and read a copy of posts. What I see on the webpage doesn't have anything labeled EZ. I've attempted copy/pasting the BB and HTML, and parts beginning with www. No success yet. I'll keep trying different tactics. Thanks again
