  16. Best baked wings ever! You will swear they were fried (can also be done in air fryer) Nancy’s Wings 20-30 wing pieces (drums and flats) Food City will cut up the whole wings for you. Pat them semi-dry. 4 tablespoons baking powder (no aluminum) 2 teaspoons sriracha powder 2 teaspoons smoked paprika 2 teaspoons KOSHER salt Preheat oven to 425. Line baking pan with aluminum foil. Add baking rack and spray will with non-stick spray. Mix dry ingredients Put 10-15 wing pieces in bowl. Sprinkle with ¼ of dry mixture and toss. Add additional ¼ and toss, again. Repeat with additional 10-15 (I usually toss in two batches because it is easier) Cook for 20 minutes and flip. Cook for 20 minutes and flip. Cook for an additional 15- 20 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve.

  21. Today I celebrate my 7th anniversary of not smoking. I never, ever, ever, thought I would be able to quit (at first because I thought I enjoyed it, and then later when I realized how addicted I was). I smoked a pack and a half a day for 40 years (more when I was partying!) I planned my life around when I would be able to have a cigarette. I finally just got tired of cigarettes ruling my life. I missed half of every event I attended, because I had to sneak out and smoke. For all of you who are reading this and are scared to try to quit...quitting is uncomfortable or even miserable at times, but it will not kill you. I cried, screamed, sang, danced, showered a lot (you can't smoke in the shower) and begged loved ones to be patient with me. Other than the obvious benefits of quitting, I have also formed life long friendships on this board with people from all over the world. For those or you thinking of quitting....I promise you it is well worth it. If you need a mentor, send me a private message. Thank you, Quit Train!
  22. Oh, Paul, that was so awful!! Thank you for the kind words....and anniversary is coming up. Love you! Thank you so much!
  23. Thank you so much! Thank you so much...lots of wine and a new phone to celebrate! Still social distancing!
  24. Doreen, thank you so much for your loving friendship. We have been through so much in our 7 years. When I was desparate to stop smoking, I never knew I could make it, or that I could end up with such a dear, life long friend as you. Love you so much! Thank you so much, dear Reci, and than you for all you do, here!
  25. Thanks so much to all! I'm at work right now and will write more later!!
