  1. You are doing really great! I know it's so hard in the beginning but hang in there, I promise it will get easier, much easier as the time goes on. The first week is hell for sure, that's why they call it hell week. No, definitely don't give up because you will only go through the withdrawals again. Just keep doing what you are doing. Drink lots of water and keep busy, which you are doing. You got this!!

  2. You are doing great and what you are experiencing is normal. After the first few days, your emotions do go on a rollercoaster. Some days are better than others. But, do stick with it. Things do get better the deeper you get in your quit. Keep up the great work.
