  2. Thank you, that means a lot! It's been several years now. It still surprises me how much easier life got.
  3. Very good video Roman. Thanks! How long have you been quit?
  4. For me it was a surprise that no longer having the first one in the morning was in fact the easiest as my brain quickly became used to the no. Two weeks now, the worst is behind you. Keep going!
  5. Welcome to the train Jasper! Nine months is great. The worst is behind you and you must have noticed improvements. Be on guard and protect your quit by never taking another puff!
  6. Trying to give up smoking can be difficult. However, I made this short video to show you all the ways smoking can affect us and our loved ones and the consequences of continuing to smoke. I hope this gives you a bit of a push if you’re thinking of giving up! You don’t need to know everything to take that first step. https://youtu.be/pq5Vm7RkLGA

  8. Wow! 9 Months smoke free @Latrianmbr . That's GREAT!! You have successfully navigated the worst part of quitting and restructured your day to day life around not smoking. Staying strong and standing against smoking should be much easier now providing you're still as committed as when you started your quit. Rock on toward the rest of your smoke-free life Jasper!
  9. Thanks for the welcomes 😊 still muddling through. Tonight while on break I bought halloween candy half price and a couple squishy penguins for my twin grandaughters

  11. Congrats on 9 months smoke free! You are no longer "attempting" to quit ... you've done it! Now to keep your quit just remember the golden rule .... NOPE ... Not One Puff Ever. You'll then never ever have to redo the first 9 months. Again, congrats & keep it up!
  12. Big Congrats on One Year! Yes, knowledge is an awesome quitting tool. Celebrate!
