  2. Welcome @Unome and I'm sorry you're going through a hard time on Chantix. I don't have any experience with this but I recommend you have a chat with your doctor about any side effects. Quitting is very hard in the beginning but it's a battle worth fighting through!
  3. Welcome @robinmccoy99 ! Well done on quitting and I'm sorry to hear you're struggling at the moment. I don't have any experience of Welbutrin or buspar but the brain fog/emotional swings etc in the early days I'm certainly familar with! It is difficult but it will settle down. As hard as it is to believe this at the time, it really will get better!
  4. Just checking in on how you're getting on @shy ? 😊
  5. I'm sorry it's a tough time for you at the moment and having to come to terms with major lifestyle changes @Stewbum. Thank you for the update and wishing you the very best.

  15. It's up to you to make your choice: Quit again right NOW with a more steely determination or ... Fold to those nicotine cravings and allow nicotine to rule your daily life again. You know which is the BETTER choice so all that remains to be seen is what you will choose🤔 Let us know what you decide to do.

  18. Failed smoked one now. Telling myself i will not smoke more today. Totalled 7 hours without smoking. I am not disappointed. I am disapointed.
  19. Welcome to Quit Train @Breath-of-Power ! I too quit Cold Turkey, as did many here. It sucks in the early days but is so worth it in the end. There are benefits to quitting that you are not event thinking about right now but first, you need to buskle up and prepare for a rough ride temporaily while you purge nicotine from your system and learn to live live the way it should be lived ... without smokes! One tip for you in these early days is to keep yourself busy doing anything. It will help to keep your mind on something other than smoking. We are all here as non-smokers to support you on your journey. We've all been there & done that so we get it!!
  20. So far, so good. No overwhelming urges, What would get me would be reward myself for not smoking with the typical reward which Was the cigarette. Im bent to make it simple that is the quitting. Am not thinking about smoking.
