  2. This one sums up yesterday. Less breaking stuff today tho
  3. Nope! Not today on my 3 wk quitaverssary
  4. He he
  5. I am not going to smoke today. NOPE.
  6. Ya, that "Cha Cha" dance can be a killer. Maybe work on changing why you thought smoking had something to offer you to entice you to go back to it and put up warning "gates" for yourself in the future. Not preaching as I went back to smoking after a year and a half quit myself so I had to really break it down to protect and change myself too. Just a thought. Congrats on 22 days and counting UP!
  7. Don't know why you chose to speed up your chosen quit process but as always it's your personal decision, your quit. Whatever works. And yes, as you know, your body is yelling for nicotine as it goes through withdrawal. Physical symptoms but don't forget the mental part (don't listen to the negative things you may be telling yourself; kick them out of your mind). Keep your focus ahead. Your chosen tools seem to be working. You know you can do this. One hour or day at a time for now. Keep it up!
  8. Yes I think my mind is in it this time. I still have craving and get cranky but I dont feel like I want to start again

  12. Hi Andy, Thanks for the note. I'm still smoke free, 22 days and counting... I no longer have cravings, but sometimes I just keep thinking about it... Yes, we can do this, and we will do this! How are you doing Andy? JJ
  13. Gday Smoking easy. Stick that tube of death in your mouth and light the thing. Are you ever happy … no. Now a quit that’s different. It has a special value. A value you can’t buy. A value you can’t give except to yourself. Its value grows more precious with time. My precious is my precious quit. To lose its value is as easy as 1 cig. NOPE … not one puff ever is tattooed on my very sole….
  14. 'hop-on, hop-off' was meant as a joke
  15. G’day NOPE .....Not One Puff Ever. Kata kjuta

  17. Hi @mammakim. Welcome back! And good for you quitting again. We are in this together and can only learn from our past mistakes! Looking forward to following your journey to freedom! Andrew
