  4. Hi Andy, Thanks for the note. I'm still smoke free, 22 days and counting... I no longer have cravings, but sometimes I just keep thinking about it... Yes, we can do this, and we will do this! How are you doing Andy? JJ
  5. Gday Smoking easy. Stick that tube of death in your mouth and light the thing. Are you ever happy … no. Now a quit that’s different. It has a special value. A value you can’t buy. A value you can’t give except to yourself. Its value grows more precious with time. My precious is my precious quit. To lose its value is as easy as 1 cig. NOPE … not one puff ever is tattooed on my very sole….
  6. 'hop-on, hop-off' was meant as a joke
  7. G’day NOPE .....Not One Puff Ever. Kata kjuta
  8. Aint happening today either! NOPE!
  9. Hi @mammakim. Welcome back! And good for you quitting again. We are in this together and can only learn from our past mistakes! Looking forward to following your journey to freedom! Andrew
  10. Hi fellow quitters For whatever reason, I decided to not apply the stage 3 = 7mg patches today. Ive gone from stage 1 to stage 3 in 3 weeks, despite the advice being to spend several weeks on each stage to wean yourself off. I figured the sooner the better and was feeling confident. And ouch….my worst day by far since quitting. I have a rather stressful job, responsible for 3 factories globally and 400 employees. Today everything that could go wrong did go wrong, and at one point I sat there in my office in tears just wanting to hide somewhere and smoke away…. But I didnt. I went for a walk, drunk water, went for another walk, drunk some more water, logged in here like 300 times+ and then went home early for a nap 😴 Long story short, I didnt smoke and I wont smoke. NOPE! Im 28,683 minutes into my quit and Im NEVER going to go through this again. Tomorrow is another day, and will be a better one Thx for reading, being here, +1 sticks and everything else. Have a nice weekend Andrew
  11. I quit for two years a long time ago and blew it when I was drinking one night. I am also back for a new quit. 😶
  12. I stopped smoking Oct 19. Most of the time its ok but the past few days I have struggled a bit. Didn't crack but I've been a bit twitchy. So far deep breathing and thinking about the money im saving is keeping them away. We'll also I live in MA and smoked menthol. You have to find an underground store or drive to another state to get them. Lol
  13. I read a bunch of different kinds of books. Currently I am reading a brenda novak book. I just borrowed a couple Iris Johansen and Abby Jininez books along with the perfumist of Paris by Alka Joshi. I have also read all lucy Score and Catherine Coweles books.
  14. I am not going to smoke today. NOPE.
